Utility Service & Billing
The City bills approximately 1800 customers monthly for water, sewer, and storm water fees. The bills are mailed no later than the 5th day of each month and are due 15 days from the billing date each month. Rates include flat fees for water, sewer, and storm water. Extra charges are applied for water usage exceeding the base allowance. 

The City accepts cash, checks and credit cards for payments. The City also offers an automatic debit option for customers that sign up. 

With this system you can:

  • Make a Payment
  • Set up Paperless Billing
  • View Your Bill
  • See your Usage History
  • Look at your Account History
To make a payment, simply log in to your account with your REGISTERED email address and click on "Make a Payment". If you would like information on how-to sign up for automatic bill pay "Click Here"

FIRST TIME USERS, you will need a copy of a recent bill so that you can register:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Account Number
  • Your Email Address
WATER SHUT OFF? If you were shut off, and it is during our business hours, please add a $50 reconnect fee and call our office (360.793.2231) to have your water turned back on. If it is after our regular hours please add a $250 reconnect fee and call 360.793.2231 and press extension 5 to be transferred to the on-call staff member.
